Husband is USC since age of 17 in 2000. One parent came to US first, then second parant and himself later on. He has a certificate of citizenship in his own name. In question 13 on I-130, it asks how his citizenship was acquired. I believe the right answer should be: Parents > yes, to certificate of citizenship. Correct?

On the certificate it doesn't state WHERE it was issued but he knows it was New York. So we should just write that, correct?
