I think they are still expediting cases from the Philippines, I might be wrong, try to check the timelines, some May filers got their 2nd NOAs a month after they filed it, others haven't receive it yet. You'll be fine :) Good luck!

yah, i saw from May 2014 filers, they got their NOA2 after 17 days , sounds surprising! I'll just pray they still expediting cases . Thank you. God bless us on our journey:)

I just want to make it for the Philippine filer who got their approval so fast. I'm curious if expedited are applied to all if not mostly until this time. Thank you:)

78 days for us, from NOA1 to Interview. And that included an RFE too... We are now just waiting for delivery of the VISA.

We were really lucky with scheduling the interview, we were able to get an appointment within 3 hours of trying and it was for a week later, but again, we were very very lucky with that :)

And really helped was that we were processed by CSC instead of TSC.

K-1 Visa

Good for you:)

As i browsed from the other timelines, CSC is quite faster than TSC. I guess you're really lucky coz i heard it's really hard to schedule an interview online others may take weeks but you got it within 3 hours.Congrats:) You're getting there. Hopefully mine will get an expedite.

They probably are but who knows but our I-130 which was received by the USCIS May 30, 2014 had been approved a little over 3 weeks. We sent in a letter tho requesting our case to be expedited ( my child lives in the Yolanda devasted area and we wantd our previous petition for my sonand this latest I130 for my daughter that just got approved to be processed same time) it was transferred to Nebraska from AZ. Not sure how it is at the NVC yet.

It's ok to be sad. Even though we filed our petition in January we have been apart since September, so in 3 months it will be a year since we were together in person.

You have the right to be sad because you are away from the one you love. 1 month 2 3 or even 10 years away from each other. It's doesn't matter. It's hard to be away from each other. So it's ok to be sad, time away from each other is time away from each other. Yes some have waited much longer, but doesn't mean they are more sad than you are.its ok to Feel bad for them, but don't neglect your feelings. This is your journey and they have their journey. Deal with your journey any way you see fit.

good luck to all filers, everyone who is on this long difficult but worthy journey!!!

Dude chill out. I'm a June filer too and would I love for my petition to be expiated so I can move on with my life? Of course. No one is saying forget the previous filers who have not yet received their NOA2, but let's be honest. Everyone wants their petition to go fast as possible, not just filers who have waited a long time. Furthermore, the fact that in my opinion K1s from the Philippines are still being expiated and he happens to be a fliler with beneficiary from the Philippines, and other Filipino K1s are rolling pretty fast, he has every right to wonder if his will be too. Some of y'all previous filiers need to chill out with all the animosity towards more recent filers who want their petitions speed up just like you do. Just because you've had a long wait does not mean it's any easier for someone who is clearly going to have wait as long as if not longer than you. Madness. Nobody is trying to take your spot in this long line, like for real guy, good grief. . .

I am not trying to upset anyone or get anyone angry, all I am saying yes some people file just a month ago and they are already complaining they are sad for not getting their NOA2 but just because they filled only a month ago does not mean they have not been away from each other for years. This process is difficult, some people can handle it Better than others!!

Wishing everyone who waiting for their approval get it soon!!

Exactly. And I guarantee the main new filers complaining have to go through Texas and are watching the California filers steam role through. That's the worst part . . .
