kumusta! they didnt request an RFE because it was not an original document? from reading the guide its important to provide the original document for the forms especially the signature. we talked about it and we decided that we will just fill it out correctly this time. i did mention to her if she can fill it out handwritten however she kept insisting to just fill the online form...on the fields where it does not apply do i just leave it blank? for the address form and job occupation can i just write in the field to see attached sheet for full information?

Some people were lucky not get RFE for not sent the original documents. As myself, I did not want to take a chance and would delayed the whole process. And the weird thing happens. Some member here got RFE for letter intent of marry just because adjudicator at USCIS determined it was not original even though it was. That's why many people suggested to use blue pen instead signed the forms including letter intent of marry from both petitioner and beneficiary.

To be on the safe side, I will just have to redo the PDF form and the additional information attachment. on the additional information attachment, I'll have her sign and print her name as well to verify the information is authentic. ill leave the fields that do not apply to us blank and also notate on the occupation history and residences section to see additional form attached for further information. she also will send me a photo copy of her passport and stamps so i can use it to further validate that we were in the same place at the same time seeing that i will photo copy my passport as well all pages of course.. can someone please tell me regarding leaving the fields not pertaining to her blank is the correct way to fill in the form? i would imagine that they wanted all fields filled out so that was my reasoning why i put N/A on the fields that were not applicable to us. thanks to everyone putting in their advice. i just want us to be together soonest. we cant be apart for too long after our vacation together. as for the processing time, i take it that we wont be together until january 2015 given the average time or are each case different depending on evidence? thanks.

so i take it if i were to send it first week of july, we wont be together until first of the year 2015? :(

California Service Center (CSC) is very fast compare to Texas Service Center(TSC). Many users here got approval with range average from 12 to 30 days. Praying your petition will be processing at CSC.

I live over in Tennessee. I read in the forums that it's basically the spin of the wheel where applications go. I pray and hope that it goes to the CSC and not the TSC. I do know that in the intent to marry you can just put the texas lockbox address. anyway, i am customizing an additional G325A Form for additional information in word format to make my paperwork more formal ( am a bit OCD when it comes to formalities like this). if anyone would want a copy, please let me know.

thank you everyone for the kind words and please pray for me and her and this new journey. it has been a very difficult time for us being away from each other after becoming so close while we were together. she really wants to be with me on my birthday in november or atleast christmas and new years. if this gets processed sooner, it would be the best present we could ever get.

its really just a stroke of fate honestly. before i left to go see her, i met the mother of a couple that went through the same process. he met her online and they fell for each other. he learned all the ins and outs of a fiance visa petition and he got her here. they have been really helpful directing me here and giving me advice and guidance. little did i know that fateful meeting of the mom and their love story of her son and his wife would lead me to where me and my fiancee are at now. the journey to be together for good.

RNA1183 ... sorry, nothing anyone can do there..

There MIGHT be some good news, too.... from other posts by members who have been waiting for TSC it's looking like TSC is starting to transfer cases to other service centers (VSC for example).. maybe they finally realized they needed some help! :)

So... who knows, your case MIGHT be transferred to another (maybe even faster) center!

Hang in there.... we all have to!!!
