Long distance relationship questions

Hello all, I have some questions

1) Me and my wife (just got married last year) have been in a long distance relationship for almost 10 years now. She's in the Philippines and I am in the US. I usually take a month of vacation to the Philippines every 2 years or so on average and then I go back to the US. Will this pose any problems in our application/interview? After we got married last year, we just spent a few days together and I flew back. We don't really have any joint properties or joint bills to speak of so I am wondering how this will affect when the interview time comes.

2) Does age difference also affect the application? She is 10 years older than me.

3) I received an email and a letter stating that my case has been accepted and routed to USCIS Nebraska Service Center. Does this mean that all the initial requirements have been reviewed and deemed complete?

2) not normally with a relationship that long in length.

3) nope, they have your case, cashed your check and now it's at a service center waiting for someone to adjudicate it. You have 4-8 months of waiting. Keep busy!

A lot of Petitions for Beneficiaries in the Phillippines are getting approved much quicker than the 5 months as stated by the Nebraska Service Center lately.
