hey guys, its been three months since i have paid 165$ fee and havent received my GC yet, what am i suposed to do now, ?

What does your ELIS say? Have you gotten your SSN yet? When did you enter the USA?

how can i talk to a person by calling and ask the status, i mean, ext. to speak to a operator

If you are having trouble getting an operator listen very carefully and push the right number on your phone. There is no ext.

If you can not get an operator go back to the ELIS website and look for contact us. There is a place to email them. Send the email they will get back with you within a day or 2. There is a problem with your card production and if you get in contact with them it can be fixed and you will have your card in 30 days. My husband had this same problem and once I contacted them had his green card in 30 days.

Aoa . how r u Carolyn ? now i am in usa new york . kindly help me . when i came at immigration room they take my visa packet an take finger prints and signature and send me to other room there they put stamp and give me passport they put stamp of out and write my a number but no 1 year visa stamp ?why ?

every one got same thing..one year visa..but ur visa is ur green card which mite b valid for upto 10 years so dnt worry... i recieved my green card after 3 months and its 10 year valid.
