Looking for anyone who's been go CFO recently. My question. Is if they are asking for parental consent/advice letter. I understand this is actually for marriages in PH, but not sure if they asking for at CFO. My fiancee is 21

Im not sure if they would ask for it or not, but its better to have it just in case. My fiancee had her cfo last week and she brought with her every document she could think of that they might ask for. Its better to be prepared.

It's one of those things that CFO is known to ask for. There is info in my link below, then click the CFO tab.

She will need a letter from her parents. See the following websites for examples and an explanation:

Those at least 18 but below 21 years of age are required to obtain parent's consent to the marriage. http://www.quezoncity.gov.ph/images/stories/downloadables/forms/consenttomarriage.pdf

Those at least 21 but below 25 years of age are required to obtain parent's advice to the marriage. http://www.quezoncity.gov.ph/images/stories/downloadables/forms/parentadvice.pdf

Persons 25 years and above, need not get either of the two abovementioned forms
