Early Biometrics doesn't speed up anything.

People think it does because the status changes to "Testing and Interview" after biometrics, sometimes sooner that the original biometrics date. But the priority date still dictates when your application will be processed by the local office.

You gotta wait man... There's nothing anybody can do cos USCIS got the final say and they act whenever they want and you can't question that, I know how frustrating it is but it is what it is man... I had my bios on the 8th of may and still not update yet on my online status except that the I485 status changed to Testing and Interview!!! So keep the faith and keep up the waiting something will eventually happen... Bless!!!

According to your timeline your EAD will be adjudicated July 5-7, 2014. The VJ timelines were accurate for my case. My husband received his EAD about a week before our interview. Early biometrics does not always speed up the process.

I recommend that you search for April 2014 AOS filers on VJ. This will allow you to compare your case with others who filed around the same time as you.

My EAD predictor thing on here was spot on. My priority date is March 21, it predicted (in spite of early walk in bio) it would be adjudicated May 29-June 2. I would look at what your predictor says.

What tracker do you use? Can you share with me, please? :)

I think you should call them. If it is probably over 3 months since your priority date.

We've had 2 RFE's, and now awaiting their review of our current RFE.

The point is, OP could get an RFE or things could just be delayed.

take this waiting time to put together the evidence you'd bring to the interview! you'll thank yourself when the IO starts throwing questions at you during the interview and you just whip out 1 document after another like a boss :)
