Hi everyone!!! I am desperately looking for an answer regarding Our I864 ..we have sent it in for the 3rd time hoping to God this time it doesn't come back with another checklist...our lawyer seems to think it won't this time...HOW MUCH LONGER? ! We are going to need 2 waivers also...does ANYBODY happe n to know how that all works...do I have to wait forever for that too?? Our priority date is MARCH 2013...and we're still waiting. ..I'm so desperate for a resolution ...help :-(

After your affidavit of support is accepted the case will be sent to the embassy and after he completes all the requirements an interview will be scheduled. At the interview he will be denied and then the waivers can be filed. Just a rough guess I would say another year. You would be better off posting in the Mexico subforum as the wait times for interviews and such are specific to the embassy.
