Ritbiv,

You received noa2 now????

Yes. I recieved an email notification for NOA2 yesterday. My priority date was May 22nd. So you are not far behind. :) Hopefully you will be approved very soon. California was hyper active at the beggining of this year. Then it became slower and now it is waking up again. :)

CMBX3 Did you call USCIS? You should have your NOA2 by now... Give them a call and see if your case progresses.

According to the list of time lines no one else after my pd has seem to have gotten any updates either so maybe they've just slowed down a bit? I've been keeping a close eye on it and thought I would call once others with pd after me received some updates and I still didn't. Maybe I'll give them a call before that.

Just to clarify, is your spouse a citizen or a green card holder? Your profile says he's a lpr but in one of your posts you mentioned something about your usc husband.

He is LPR. But he applied for citizenship. and his interview is on October 14th. So hopefully I will be able to upgrade my case after that.

And hope you get NOA2 soon.

CMBx3,

Its better you have the infopass appointment ready, it will take exactly two weeks for the appointment. Infopass seems to be better than calling USCIS. I saw many approvals after your priority date, it seem they are couple outside of USA, and planning to come back.

it looks like there is definitely the not-advertised "expedite" for couples living together abroad.

Do update us the status.

Thanks for your advice. I will update on any changes.

Where do you see these approvals after my pd though?
