DS 160 for Manila Interview

Hello Visa Journey folks,

My fiancee's interview is this monday and i had a question about the DS160 photo.

So i realized my fiance's electronic photo doesnt meet the photo requirements. Her hair is slightly in her face. Now keep in mind this was the same photo used fot our I129F and we didnt have any issues. When we bring our hard copies of the 2x2 to the interview it will be a new photo which is now compliant.

My question is do you think having this photo with hair in her face on the DS160 confirmation page will be an issue during the interview and grounds for a delayed visa? Or should us having the new corrected photos in hand be okay for this problem. Please let me know.

Tell your fiancee to bring the required passport photo during her interview. I brought 4 extra copies of mine just in case. And tell her not to fall for the photographers outside the USEM.

Better to bring new photo of her just to make sure. I used wrong photo (too smiling me) on my DS-160 and brought the same during the interview for tourist visa. The consul asked for another photo with neutral face expression so I went back at the embassy's lobby (good thing they have a Kodak booth inside) and have another picture taken. But I never learned, I used the same smiling photo during my I-129F since that was the only passport size pic I brought when I had a vacation in the US. $12 passport photo at Walgreens is too expensive. But of course, will bring the correct one during the interview.
