The USCIS put the wrong issuance date on the card. We filed the I-90 and have an MSC # from the NOA. When we got the first 551 stamp they said 4-6 months. When we got the second 551 stamp they said 9-12 months, really? to issue a replacement with the right date? We've been in "Initial Review" for 8 months now. The new biometrics was done. We really want the GC because travelling internationally with a 551 is a pain! (If you've spent hours and hours in LAX secondary, you'll know what I mean) Just looking to see if there is a normal range of those that have gotten a replacement GC (I know what the web site says). Thanks.
