Hi everybody,

Can someone please help me understanding what is the "Complete Court Records, judicial situation, including processes in Brazil and in the U.S. (if applicable) with a simple copy"? Im really confused with this! Is it necessary for everybody or only for those who had criminal process?

Thanks a lot!

Have you already obtained the police certificates that are required- one from the state and one from federal? I believe what they are referring to as folhas penais would be copies of court records if any crimes were committed and how the process was handled. I do not know that for sure, but that is what makes sense to me. I think if you contact the police station in your area, they can probably tell you exactly what it means. Good luck!
