I130 approved for spouse today, but no approval for child.HELP!.

No it doesn't mean that you shouldn't call the USCIS. You should.

It means that if you do not progress your wife's file at the NVC, your child will not be left behind.

Ill try calling USCIS tomorrow and will update you guys. Thank you!

I have been on hold for 2 and half hours for 2 consecutive days. And i need to go to work already. Ill call again tomorrow hope it wont take long.

Call few times im they held me for 3 hours, and i decided to ge appt on infopass. Ill update after my interview. Hope my approval will arrive before my appt/
