Full Name on Photos

Hello,

I just realized that I only put my first and last name on the back of all photos as opposed to my first, middle and last name as I only ever include my middle name when filling out forms. I included my middle name whenever requested on the documents I am submitting for my I-129F packet but just realized that I did not use my middle name on the back of my phots. Should I reprint? My fiance's name is fine.

I'm mailing soon so any advice would be greatly appreciated!

I don't think it will be that big of an issue. I am pretty sure I left out my middle name on a photo and my petition got approved. If you are that worried however, it wouldn't hurt to reprint and add your middle name! Good luck to you

Agreed with MichelleRenee. It won't be much of a big deal. But personally, I won't advise re-printing them. I'm sure the adjudicator will catch who the people are in the picture when it is included in your I-129f package, unless it's not just the 2 of you. Writing the full names is just an option. And as far as I remember in our case, we only wrote the date and place where the picture was taken and a little description of the picture like "dinner with family", etc. We didn't encounter an issue in that front.

The passport photo for the G-325A will have my full name (first, middle and last), I was talking about the photos as evidence of our relationship together, those only have my first and last. Another question....if my real name was Jennifer and it said Jennie on my emails, etc...I don't need to worry that they will discount that as evidence, do I? Just when I thought that I couldn't get more paranoid!

Alright, that's cleared out then. It's fine if you just wrote your first and last name on the evidences. For the email, text and chat correspondences, it's expected that a couple will use different terms of endearment including nicknames, so no need to worry too much about it.
