The highest successful CN number for Asia in DV2013 was 10682, so you are off by about 100 based on history. Out of 10 thousand that is less than 1%.

That is lower than your number however I think you have a very good chance of getting an interview. If the numbers move even slightly (1%) 11XXX will get interviews in September. Watch the Visa Bulletins this year and maybe you'll be more optimistic.

So 2015AS16xxx has absolutely no chance according to you?

What Gulkan is saying that the highest number that we know of that got a visa was that number. BUT any number higher than that could have got an interview/visa, because Asia went current last year - meaning there were visas available for all numbers. The truth is we just don't know what will happen this year, because we have precedents of almost a decade of years of going current, vs an unprecedented amount of selectees for DV2014. All we can do is wait and see. But if we get to current or very high numbers for DV2014, it will certainly be an excellent sign for DV2015 as they pulled back on the number of selectees again.

Thanks Susie, I think it's gonna work. As I said before, I'm seeing all kind of positive signs...
