Well Met All,

We are headed to Cd Juarez soon...just want to iron out some details...please advise accordingly and thanks for reading my post :)

Filled out DS-260 on line and printed out confirmation page

We have the letter sent by the consulate to enter the embassy

We have all of our documents original and copies of the first packet (I-130)

We have 2 passport photos of Beneficiary

We have vaccination records of Beneficiary and medical appointment 1 day before Consulate interview

We have our ASC appointment 3 business days before our Consulate Interview

We have proper identification for both parties

We have her police certificate and copies done about 75 days ago...should we have a more recent letter?

Do we need to submit the I-864...I am bring my taxes for the past 3 years either way

Any advise would be appreciated...

Thanks much!!!

I called the CD JUAREZ Consulate...no Police Certificate needed if petitioner has NO record in the US nor Mexico...just worried now about the TB test...I guess they do the chest xray so we should be good...as most Mexican Citizens have the BCG vaccine (TB Vaccine) at birth...false positives come up all the time...any info on this would be appreciated...thanks
