I have waited 12 days since completed DS-261 but IV fee still NOT INVOICED. The status of DS-261 was COMPLETED until yesterday, and then changed to INCOMPLETED today. I did re-submit (just hit SIGN tab and submit, nothing change on the form)again and it changed to COMPLETED now. So, I dont know my DS-261 was done or not? How do we know the DS-261 has done? As I know, the IV fee only invoiced when the beneficiary has done with DS-261.

I am also waiting for IV fee to get invoiced. I submitted DS-261 on May 9th and it's being more than 2 weeks they are still reviewing it. I know for some folks on this community their IV fee was invoiced soon in a day or so after submitting DS-261. I have been calling NVC regularly and they are saying we need to wait for 30 days from the day DS-261 was submitted to get the IV fee invoiced. This is so insane and frustrating.

I just called NVC minutes ago, on hold 58 minutes for 1 minute conversation. I tell them my problem by submitted DS-261 twice, on May 8 and May 20. They said in my casefile, the DS-261 was submit on May 8(thanks God). But, they have to review it before issue a IV Fee bill. Expect 30 BUSINESS days from May 8. Told them I am worry about that form is missing some info or incorrect....They said nothing wrong with my form, just wait for review.
