Hi all,

What happens if I can't remember all the addresses I've lived at since I was sixteen (I've probably lived in 12-14 apartments in the last 30 years since I was sixteen).

I remember most, but not all. And I remember most of the years I was at different places, but not the exact months?

Any idea what I should enter? Thanks.

I think the critical thing is the states/countries you were in. As I understand it, it is mainly to reconcile with the police records you will have to present. For my DS230 I simply listed the cities I had lived in, and that seemed fine.

Thanks Susie. Unfortunately for the online DS-260 it won't let you leave some lines (such as street address) blank. I'll have to try and remember as best I can all the addresses. They were all either in Canada or USA.

In the interview, don't they ask if everything I entered on all forms is accurate etc.? Should I mention anything about being uncertain about exact dates and exact apartment numbers at each place or not?

yes they do. if they didn't you can always bring up any issue with the ds 260.

in my case, a ds 260 of one of my kids was missing a whole section when filling it online (server code bug). I was told that I can give any missing info at the interview.

don't worry about it.
