Just wanted to tell you all that my fiance had her interview today, and she was approved. Her POE will be December 9th :) Was really nice sharing all of these stressful and interesting times with all of you here!

Mar 2011 - After 5mths denied for lost docs - Attempts to follow up failed. Mar 18 2012 - I-129F sent - No sign of NOA1 but they have banked the check...Jul 24 - Update - USCIS has located our file
Infopass Apt - they sorted through everything - our 2011 and 2012 file keep getting mixed up - getting us a Case# (still waiting) Dec- Infopass Appt- expecting to get a case # in about a week ..Still no Case number
Mar 2013 Infopass - advised file was in a box somewhere,and it would be quicker for us to refile. Life gets in the way... New petition submitted July 2014 .

Congratulations on all the recent approvals!!!!

I have a question about the I134. (I was about to email the lawyers but they always complicate things and VJ is way more helpful!)

My fiance already has all the supporting documents from me I'm just filing out the form now. The last part says, " I intend/do not intend to make specific contributions to the support of the person named in item 3. If you check intend indicate the exact nature and duration of contributions etc..."

What am I supposed to put here? He's going to be my husband FFS....

February 15th - sent package to Dallas. Took a long time to get to Dallas because of weather conditions and delays.

March 3rd - NOA1.

March 5th - Received alien registration number.

August 21st- NOA2.
September 8th - NVC received package and assigned case #
September 11th - Embassy received package.
September 16th - Received Packet 3.
September 17th - Sent packet 3 back.
September 23rd - Received packet 4.
October 14th - Medical.
October 21st - Interview. - Interview approved, visa granted!

November 1st - Moving to the U.S.

Those were send in when my fiancee shipped the copy of our I-129F package. So I guess I am complete :-)

Sent to you or the embassy? As long as YOU have them on you when you get there, you're all set! :D

Hello everyone!!!!! We got NOA2 on October,24th!!!!!! As u tolled me I sent an e-mail to the ombudsman on Wednesday and Friday s morning got NOA2!!!!! So happy and excited about the next steps!!! Thank u all!!! I haven't posted much but read this topic every day since just got our NOA1, so like 8 months))) thank you!!!!!!!!!!!

I always found this question strange, We didn't tick any box, We just said "K1 fiance visa" Would this be alright?

I wrote "He will be living with me and we will be sharing a joint checking account." I agree I dont think the question is directed at fiances but i wanted to put something to be safe
