You really only asked one question and that is how long... currently it looks like the petition approvals are taking about 90 days or so. If you have other questions please ask specifically and we will try to help if you don't we do not know where to start to help.

YMMV

Any Chinese in here that apply for visa K1?

I'm a bit confused about put in the name especially i have a chinese name.

I need to know about putting the "family name" , "First Name" & "Middle name" .

Hey, I hope you are doing well in filling in the forms..

Well, family name simply means your chinese surname.

Put the rest of your name in the first name. For example, LEE MEI LING, family name would be LEE and first name would be MEI LING. unless if LEE MEI LING has an additional name eg. ALICIA LEE MEI LING, then the middle name will be ALICIA.

I hope this information helps you out..all the best!! God bless!! :innocent:
