medical forms needed for crossing?

My passport and visa should be here in a few days.

My concern is, will customs need to see my medical forms? Because I accidently sent that back home with my fiancée

At customs? I know they needed that for the interview and they gave me a sheet back for my records. What I'm asking is will CUSTOMS need to see the record as well!?

Customs only needs the declaration of what you are bringing in. Immigration people will need the do not open package that comes from the embassy with your passport. The package contains your medical records (actually your entire file) but you don't know that because you don't open it.

Customs deals with the import and export of goods, not sure why they would want your medical results.

Border patrol needs your DO NOT OPEN envelope, and they will take it. You are supposed to bring that to your POE. It is your A-file with all your papers that needs to be filed in the US for further immigration needs.

Thanks. I forgot about the "do not open package" that comes along with the passport.
