I just found out that we need to give passport details, and actually my current passport will expire in slightly over one year (can't renew it till at least 6 months before expiry date), would it be a problem if I present another passport along with the old one on the interview day?

That should not be a problem at all. My husband's entry visa was on an older passport so we just copied both old and new.

Will be fine. They may need the form filled in again to update the details but that will be easy enough to do at the interview if it's necessary.

Since it expires in June 2015, my original country's law states that I can't renew the passport before 6 months from the expiry date (unless I declare it stolen and all the BS that goes with that, which I'm not ready to do).

I'll just stick with what has been mentioned above.

All right!

But tell me can you extend the validity of your passport ?

Do you have that option on yours?
