10/14/2000 - Met Aboard a Cruise ship

06/14/2003 - Married Savona Italy

I-130

03/21/2009 - I-130 Mailed to Chicago lockbox

11-30-09: GOT GREEN CARD in mail!!!!!!

Citizenship Process;

1/11/2013: Mailed N400 to Dallas Texas

3/11/2013: interview.. Approved

4/4/2013. : Oath! Now a U.S. citizen!

i-130 is the petition, after being approved by USCIS, it will be forwarded to the NVC, your father pays the fees, complete forms online, and submit civil documents. Once completed, NVC will then send your case to the US Embassy in your country, then you have to do your medical exam and interview. After passing the interview, you will have to wait for your visa, then fly out to the USA. Good luck!!

Sorry guys i have another question .. my father tell me that he writes my email adress and my phone number in the notfication form .

What will be send to my email adress ??

Do they send Noa1 Photo copy to my email adress ?

You will only get an email notification that they have accepted the i130.

The Notice of Action letter hardcopy will only be mailed to the petitioner (your dad).
