Timeline

Received an email today that "they have transfered my case to California Service Center".

I am really happy to get this message.

Does anyone know how long it will take now?.....

Gosh this waiting thing really suckssssssssssssss.. sorry about the bad word.

Congrats on the transfer, it's some progress at least :)

Nobody can tell you how much longer unfortunately. Mine was transferred over 3 months ago.

02/20/07 - CASE COMPLETE!!

04/18/07 - INTERVIEW!!!! - APPROVED!!!!

Congrats, join the list of many of us who are pending in CSC. Unlike VSC, CSC is considerably slow in processing applications. I have seen members (CSC applications) from September dates still waiting for NOA2. Hope our applications get approved soon.

the site I use to check processing times for CSC says 70-90 days. I'd plan for the longer and then if it happens sooner, you'll be pleasantly surprised. Good luck.

Current Status: This case has been sent to another office for processing ( nov. 15,2006) and Current Status: This case is now pending at the office to which it was transferred (nov. 22, 2006) and until now I dont hear anything from CSC. Hope soon

Now don't ask me why both petitions where transferred to the CSC and are pending yet the status is different (I mean the wording of the status is different).
