Confirmation Page gone?

Hello. I signed in May 1 and was pleasantly surprised to see I was selected. I had an AF number in the 40000 region. I closed the page and didn't do anything further as we could only start ds-260 may 19. I logged on today and it now is saying I have not been selected? I understand there was an error with other peoples names being displayed, but I am 100% certain my name was on the page with the case number . What can I do , would KCC assist at all and if so who do I contact? Thank you!

Im sorry to read this!! Is there any chance you confuse the number you checked??? If not maybe try to write them, check if there is any contact info in USCIS page Good luck!!!

I don't think that he confused the number because if you give another number, he must give the name and the date of birth associated to that number, otherwise he will see an error message asking him to re-enter & re-check his name and confirmation number, I think that he must call the KCC to confirm that he is not selected ....

If you ever recheck and its says you have been selceted you should print itould show you name and your details... Read the link above

It really is frustrating, I know for certain that page came up with my name and it had a case number, i checked my wifes confirmation on the same webpage, she wasn't selected so I don't know if the browser cache or something is still showing her page now instead. Although i did refresh it , try another browser and checked on my phone and mine now shows not selected.

Im guessing though there is nothing they will do for me?

KCC need a case number before they will respond to an email so that won't help. You can try phoning, I don't have a number but I know some others here do. However, I am afraid given what you've said I think you were one of the false notifications

I phoned a lady at KCC today and she said that there was an error with the ESC. They took my confirmation number and said they would have to go into the system and manually check it to pull out my notification. Thank you guys for all the help! Now just waiting for their email response.
