Just after I ranted coz of frustration a few hours ago, We have just received a notification that we have been approved! Praise God! We are s thankful and excited :-D.

4/29 - I-129f Sent to TX Lockbox

4/30 - Received as per USPS tracking

5/5 - Received NOA1 thru txt and email

5/6 - Alien Registration Number Changed

5/9 - Received NOA1 by mail

5/12 - RFE

5/19 - Submitted docs for RFE

5/21 - RFE Response

6/2 - NOA2, yay!

6/7 - NOA2 hardcopy

6/12 - NVC Received, case number ok

6/13 - In Transit to Consulate

6/17 - "Ready" for interview

6/18 - Medical

7/1 - CFO Seminar

7/18 - Interview APPROVED

03 June 2014 - NOA2 hardcopy

11 June 2014 - NVC Case Number Received (got it by phone)

16 June 2014 - NVC Sent package to the Embassy

19 June 2014 - Embassy receive package from NVC

19 June 2014 - Packet 3 received by email

20 June 2014 - Medical Exam

25 June 2014 - Interview APPROVED !

01 July 2014 - Entered US

25 July 2014 - We got Married ! (L):dancing:

18 August 2014 - USCIS receives all applications (AOS, EAD, AP)

08 September 2014 - Fingerprints appointment

May 23: package sent

May 30: case received SRC

Just be patient. In my case we passed last may 9 and we received NOA 1 may 26. Exactly after 2-3 weeks.

My partner was sent an email, as my attorney! I was expecting to be waiting at least another month before I got an interview. I cant believe it was so quick! Its perfect timing though. We are planning on leaving early September so this gives us time to prepare!

My CEAC status says READY so i am waiting for them to contact me. I will wait till sunday and go to the embassy on Monday if i don't receive anything.

Congratulations to you. My embassy requires me to make my own interview date so i think the more i am quicker i will have my interview sooner. What about affidavit of support. How is your fiancée going to receive it? Will you be using scans or send package or courier to the home country???

My NVC CEAC status is ready. NVC shipped friday and my embassy already processed it as well.

I suggest you to call them and ask your case number. You case must have been already sent to your fiancée's country. Don't worry she will get a call anyways. I am waiting for my call as well. Thank You and i will keep mine updated.

I hope everyone here gets their soon.

4 th may they shipped to CSC

6th may go ot NOA 1

14th May got NOA 2

29th June called NVC and got case number they say it was being processed

29th June evening status came to IN TRANSIT

3rd June CEAC status READY

May 21 2014- Alien Registration # Changed

May 24 2014- Received hard copy of NOA1

... Now waiting for the NOA2 :)

My partner lives with me! We have been here together for nearly 5 years. Were going to get her Mom to sponor us. Iits easier because were together to do all the paper work!
