Congrats on the baby news!

Meanwhile, is there anyone else out there going crazy like me by checking the USCIS case status page multiple times a day :/ ??!!

me!! I checked it twice a day, morning and afternoon. I received RFE and replied but my case status online still says "acceptance"

K1 (I-129F) petition filed in August 2013 (Approved Feb 20th 2014)
13th May 2014: AOS (I-485) & EAD/AP combo card
21st May 2014: NOA 1 and biometric letter
11th June 2014: biometric appointment
13th June 2014: RFE received via mail
16th June 2014: replied to RFE
6th August 2014: EAD Approved, AP still in initial review
12th August 2014: got tracking number for EAD
( ) August 2014: Received EAD (I forgot what date I got them but I did receive them less than 5 days from the 12th)
10th September 2014: Interview Waiver received (I wished I was interviewed)
April 23, 2015, we registered your permanent resident status and mailed you a Welcome Notice

https://egov.uscis.gov/cris/Dashboard/CaseStatus.do I go to that website. Once you get your noa1 it will give you a case number. You can create an account, and log in, and get the updates. I hope

We mailed our package 5/5, it was received 5/7, and we got the NOA1 5/12. The check got cashed, too!

I am also stuck on the Acceptance and Initial Review status since i started this VJ. :protest:

unbelievable.my case wasnt updated since June 3.so seems like they dont even bother to update cases online.

05/19/14 Medical exam

05/24/14 Sent AOS package

05/26/14 Package delivered to Chicago Lockbox

06/04/14 Txt msg & Email received

06/09/14 Received NOA1

06/26/14 Biometrics Done

07/07/14 Case moved to Testing&Interview

Oh wow so you got an RFE but the website did not even update to show you got one? Did you just find it in the mail?

That's pretty bad if they are not updating us to let us know online, I mean what happens if the letter gets lost and we never know about the RFE? O_o I think imma go check our mail right now then!!

yeah, I only find my RFE in the mail and the status online hasn't change at all since NOA1. Now I wasn't sure if they got my RFE and are processing my paperwork or not. :(

That is unusual. Have you tried calling them asking if they have got your RFE reply or not?

i didnt even get an rfe notice, my attorney called me and told me what it was for, replied to the notice, my status on their site hasnt changed since may 1st, never got an interview notice either but my attorney once again let me know.....their site is a bit ####### lol

Huh! That is odd! You'd think they'd have sent you a letter as well as your attorney... Or at least updated the website! That's not very good

Biometrics on Thursday! Husband got the day off work so since the office we need to go to is in SLC, we are going to make a day of it and go to the theme park on the way home :)

Nothings happening this end, other than I have been knocked out with a killer ear infection. Normally would have been to the doctor already, but im still not insured.

I had an abcess last week which was all Infected so I was feeling very sick. Fever etc.

Has go to a urgent care place get it drained no insurance either cost over $250 and now it looks like its refilling.

Sorry to hear that but I hope its not for nothing major in which you can reply promptly

I sent them anything I had anything else I can think of I would have to get from Ireland :(

I ended up going to a walk in clinic today. dont know how much it costs yet, except my prescription was like 40 bucks....

My ears are killing me. I have had precisely 10 chicken nuggets and a country fried steak since sunday. Sunday was the last night that I have literally slept. This is miserable.

K1 AOS:

May 22nd: Sent away AOS package Day 1

May 27th: Notification via text/email confirming receiving package. Day 5

May 29th: NOA's recieved on 29th May Day 7

June 2nd: Biometrics appointment for June 16th arrives. Day 11

June 16th: Successful Biometrics. Day 24

It seems as pleople from mid-late april and early may NOAs have been getting their interview dates. My gues is we shoukd be getting our soon! 2-3 weeks maybe?

^_^ Thus far they are arround July and August. Patience :D

I honestky have lost all hope to see any status change on thr website! At least not until after the interview.
