Hello everyone,

Can anyone share with me, if they have the same experience at the Embassy in Casablanca, Morocco.

I applied for my mother to get green card, and i would like to know what question usually they ask also, will she be denied visa if she has a minor child, my brother he is 17 yrs old, and him and my mother are living with my sister (married) and she is the one that take care of them.

Please share your experience thanks

Having a child and living with a sibling is not a reason for visa denial. Don't worry about that.

I have no personal experience petitioning a parent, but from what I read here, they ask basic questions like:

- petitioner's name and date of birth/age

- beneficiary's name and date of birth/age

- when did the petitioner immigrate to the US

- how did the petitioner obtain LPR/US citizen status

- petitioner's US home address

- petitioner's job

- when was the last time you saw each other

The consul can ask one or two questions and that's it. Good luck to your mom.
