I am sending my I-129F today. I want to send it overnight, but they say you have to have a name and telephone number for a contact person to place on the shipping label.

PLEASE, PLEASE SOMEONE HELP ME WITH THIS....

Are you sending it through USPS? I sent most of my stuff that way and I told them it was going to a drop box and It wasn't a problem. I didn't give a contact name at all...and the only number I ever gave was the customer service number for USCIS the same thing when I sent things via FEDEX.

I never used UPS or DHL.

We sent the I-129F package via USPS Priority mail, certified with return receipt card. Overnighting wont make the process any faster, and is expensive. Also only items sent by USPS can be delivered to a PO-BOX.

Fed-ex, UPS, and DHL require a different non PO-Box address to send it to.

I would get you the correct address for Nebraska but USCIS has screwed with their webpages again and I am unable to locate the courier delivery address.

so you are saying that I can't send it from ups or dhl. because, of some type of lock box. I have seen people mention that they sent and it was received by a person ( and they listed the persons name). I don't mind paying the extra to get the process started. I just need to be sure it is the right thing. I have the P. O . Box 87130, do I need another address to have a human receive.

If you deliver to the PO Box then your only option is USPS. UPS, DHL or FED-X require a physical address because they cannot deliver to a PO Box like the USPS does. Any of the aforementioned delivery options can deliver so that a physical person is required to sign for it.
