dealing with immigration is painful

i am married on 03/Feb/2008 in India and came to US on a K3 (spouse visa) with a good faith legitimate marriage

i got my conditions removed on got my permanent green card for 10 years 02/24/2009

my marriage ended in divorce which was filed my spouse , and i got my divorce decree on nov 20, 2012

till last day of divorce i hoped the marriage will work out and she may change her mind

here is my quires

1) we have gone through a couple of councellings to fix the issues

2) i have to move out from my wifes house on may 2011, as she is not permitting me to come back in

3) she was in in my insurance coverage from 2011 jan 2012 december till period of divorce

4) i am still single and not remarried

4) if i apply n-400 based on my 5 years , will it be hard? will i deported?

i dont have lease or car and living with one bag , waitng for the result

closed all 401K accounts and keep me mobilized

I am sure they will not do that...

The worst what can happen is a denial for you're citizenship !

No, you will not be deported. Plenty of people have divorces - 50% in fact of all marriages end in divorce, right? Just send in your N400 and the requested documentation which I believe includes a certified copy of your final divorce decree. I just requested a certified copy from the court of the final disposition of the divorce and sent it in. The officer did ask our marriage dates and the name of my ex since it's part of the application and they ask you all the questions on the application during your interview.

Good luck. Please do update about your situation, as I am in exact same situation like yours. I havent applied for N-400 because I worried.
