US citizen sponsoring husband help??????

I was born in California he was born in Mexico in 1995. He came here at 2 years of age. We got married and I want to help him adjust his status. He's not broken the law yet since he doesn't turn 18 1/2 till May 5 so we turned in the i130 in February and the lawyer told us he has to leave before may 5. he's leaving to Mexico may 2 and wait for the appointment in cuidad juarez. We got a receipt from immigration saying we were with the Nebraska center what can we do to spend little time in Mexico please any advice ?

It will be a wait of around a year to get the I-130 approved, then likely 2 - 3 months for the NVC and embassy stages prior to his interview. He should anticipate spending around a year in Mexico.

I agree with that, it is not a precise subject but as good as you can get.

It does not have to be in Mexico, just not the US.
