That depends on your situation.

“If you know the enemy and know yourself, you need not fear the result of a hundred battles. If you know yourself but not the enemy, for every victory gained you will also suffer a defeat. If you know neither the enemy nor yourself, you will succumb in every battle.”

i don't have anything for me , what kind of proof they need from me !??

Your father's income and status could be an good tie for you. It does show that you're not trying to flee poverty, and that you're likely better off returning to Tunisia than if you were to stay in the US illegally.

What are your reasons for wanting to study in the US?

What kind of a life do you have in Tunisia?

Focus on that.

Yes many people were able to change their status here in the U.S. But what you gain from USCIS is not a Visa bit a status change. When you travel back to your home country, you will need to apply for Visa again. Otherwise, you could be denied at the port of entry.

No matter your parents are a sponsor or anyone else is, you don't have a tie to your home country to show them that when you are done with school, you will be back home. Of courses, no one can guarantee that. But keep in mine, UScIS have their standard rules to approve or denied any case.

You can not get a visa to the US inside the US.

No. You can't get a visa while you're in the US. You might have been able to adjust status from tourist to student, but whether or not your chances would have been better or not is hard to say.

It's not illegal to be young, however, younger people, especially from Africa and the Middle East may find it difficult to get a non-immigrant visa. Like I said, you have immediate relatives in the US. The consular officer believes you're planning to study in the US and then stay in the US. They are not allowed to issue a non-immigrant visa to you if they believe you may be trying to immigrate. This is actually harder to do since you have family in the US.

This is how the law works:

An applicant for a non-immigrant visa is presumed to be an intending immigrant until the consular officer is satisfied otherwise.

Do you have any job connections in Tunisia etc., that might offer you a job when your studies in the US are completed?

So what do you want to study and why?
