Did you receive an "Out of office auto reply" right away after send in the Optional Electronic Processing Enroll request?

Hi, Everyone! I need your help.

I sent the opt-in electronic precessing ENROLL email a week ago and heard nothing. So I called the NVC today and was told I should receive an "Out of office auto reply" email with 24 hours after I sent my email request. I received nothing within the last 7 days.

Can anyone here confirm whether or not this is true?

I called the second time again today to NVC and got another person telling me the same story, suggested to me if I didn't receive the auto reply email. I should resend the request again, which I did. However, still no auto reply. I asked how can they help to confirm if there is really an auto reply or not. I was told that is the answer they have, nothing else they can help.

I am really desperate and confused. What should I do now?

Our cases are just in NVC. I have not submitted the AOS yet. I sent the email enrollment request last week. I was waiting for NVC to convert our cases to the electronic processing.

However, when I called them to check the status. They said they can not change the conversion status. I was told I should receive an "Out of office auto reply" right after I sent them the email, which I didn't receive. That makes me really confused and concerned whether they have received my email request or not. Even I sent a second email enrollment request today, I still have not received the "out of office auto reply"

I want to see if any one on this board performed an opt-in enrollment request same as I did. Whether they have received the "out of office auto reply" or not.

Somebody on the NVC thread had luck by just sending the optin email again... Got auto response second time.

Thank you to confirm without receive the auto reply immediately doesn't mean my enrollment request has a problem.
