I the USC currently have no income because I am a full time masters student but I will be graduating this summer so I will have prospects for employment. My parents have agreed to sponsor my Fiancé for the K1 visa.Since I am the petitioner, will both I and my parents have to file an I-134 or should only my parents file the I-134 on behaf of my Fiancé?

Each consulate does this differently, so if you learn more about Stockholm's local quirks, you might find you need less. But you will need it for your Greencard application once you enter the US and marry, so there is no harm in getting it ready now. For that you need a complete financial set with all evidence (tax returns or reason why they were not filed) from the petitioner, and a set from the co-sponsor, with all required documents.

AOS for my husband
8/17/10: INTERVIEW DAY (day 123) APPROVED!!

ROC:
5/23/12: Sent out package
2/06/13: APPROVED!
