So I spoke to tier 2 !! She Soooo rude ! I hang up on her !! And called back and they told me my i103 is still at Nebraska and it was never transfer ! After I got a notification that it was transfer I don't urdersatand how the uscis sistem works !!

How was she rude? did you get a number with your email? to give her? You don't make me want to all them :(

Um, you should give it a little more time if you only got the transfer email on the 21st... it has only been 5 days. It's most likely not on their system yet. I would give it about 10 days.

Affidavit of Support Review (only when reviewed domestically)

$120

Immediate relative and family preference applications (processed on the basis of an approved I-130, I-600 or I-800 petition)

$325

If you paid your visa fee before September 12, 2014, and your visa interview is on or before December 11, 2014, you do not have to pay the difference between the new and old fee amounts.

If you paid your visa fee before September 12, 2014, and your visa interview is on or after December 12, 2014, you will be required to pay the difference between the old and new fee amounts no exceptions.

Thanks & yes I agree, but I've paid my AOS & IV application fee, but with the NVC's new processing time of 60 calendar days I shouldn't be penalized if they don't have my interview scheduled by Dec 11. We paid, that should be the end of it. Haha grrrrr ?
