Me too pd date april 14 havent seen my son and husband since jan ?????

Still waiting here too. NOA1 on April 10th. Haven't seen my husband since January - one day after getting married :cry:

By the way the USCIS website is so off https://egov.uscis.gov/cris/Dashboard/CaseStatus.do they maintain the processing time for Nebraska SC as 5 months... when we all know it cant be true anymore right?

Guys I just called usci they told me my i130 was transfer to Nebraska but it been at Nebraska since April ??? What does this mean ????

That is probably the last info they have, that you were transferred to Nebraska when you petitioned the first time... I haven't tried to call VSC but could you call the NSC directly? you don't know where your case has been transferred after Nebraska??

I'm calling a tier2 Imigration officer I have to wait 50 minutes

That is probably the last info they have, that you were transferred to Nebraska when you petitioned the first time... I haven't tried to call VSC but could you call the NSC directly? you don't know where your case has been transferred after Nebraska??

I wonder, will they talk to me if I am the sponsored? I am Canadian, so I wonder if it should be my husband that would need to call?

Just an FYI - Depending on their backlog, they may make you wait up to another 30 days AFTER your 5 month mark before allowing you to file a Service Request. It won't hurt to check however, you may get lucky.
