Can someone check, email I am sending sponsor/joint-sponsor

Please can anyone look this over and make sure I am correct and everything is included.

Forms and Documents needed for Sponsor (Devin):

1) i-864 signed and dated with blue ink

2) Tax transcripts for 2013 (order online here: http://www.irs.gov/Individuals/Get-Transcript)

3) Letter stating why sponsor did not file for taxes in 2011,2012

4) Employment letter

5) 6 months of paystubs (November 2013-Present)

Forms and Documents needed for Joint-Sponsor (Tracy):

1) i-864 signed and dated with blue ink

2) Tax transcripts for 2011,2012,2013 (order online here: http://www.irs.gov/Individuals/Get-Transcript

3) Mark's signed i-864a or his W2 and form 1099 to show income

4) Proof of US Citizenship (Birth Certificate, original document photocopy)

5) Employment letter and 6 months of paystubs (not required but strongly recommended as you may get a request for this later on and cause delays in approving the case)

i read someone getting a checklist for signing the form in blue ink. it should all be in black ink.

I only say blue ink because I will be doing electronic processing and if it's in black they might think I am sending them photocopies when in reality it is the original.

When doing EP, it doesn't matter if the form scanned is an original or a photocopy. The only thing that does matter is if the document is readable. If the form instructions specifically call for black ink, then that is what you should use.
