ugh.. praying and hoping I will get a NOA or checks cashed this week! my package was supposedly delivered on April 4th according to USPS.. this is so nerve wrecking!

04/25/14 - day 25 - Biometrics appointment letter received (dated 04/16/14) for 05/13/14

05/01/14 - day 30 - Successful walk-in biometrics in Ft. Myers, FL

04/11/2014 - received 4 NOAs via email & checks cashed

05/13/2014 - biometrics done in Alexandria, VA

05/22/2014 - I-485 status changed to "Testing and Interview"

06/20/2014 - EAD/AP combo card received in mail

07/31/2014 - Interview @ Fairfax, VA approved on spot

05/31/2016 - NOA1 received in mail (NOA1 notice letter date 5/24/16)

06/17/2016 - received biometrics letter for 6/30 (bio notice letter date 6/10/16)

April 5th, 2014 [Day 00]: Mailed AOS package (I-130, I-485, I-765)

April 7th, 2014 [Day 02]: Delivered at Chicago Lockbox

April 14th, 2014 [Day 09]: Email and text receipt notification

April 18th, 2014 [Day 13]: Received biometrics appointment letter (scheduled for May 7th)

May 7th, 2014 [Day 32]: Biometrics completed successfully

May 19th, 2014 [Day 44]: Application updated to interview and testing

May 24th, 2014 [Day 49]: Interview date and time letter received in the mail (scheduled for July 10th)

June 20th, 2014 [Day 76]: Received text/e-mail notice that USPS picked up my EAD

June 23rd, 2014 [Day 79]: Received EAD in mail

July 10th, 2014 [Day 96]: AOS interview. Approved on the spot! :D

My husband receive emails from uscis last night aroind 1am saying this:

Subject: USCIS Acceptance ConfirmationYour case has been accepted and routed to the USCIS National Benefits Center for processing. Within 7-10 days by standard mail you will receive your official Receipt Notice (Form I-797) with your Receipt Number.

I don't understand if good or bad sign? Or normal procedure?

It's been 2 years out of status for me, so we're close up there :P . Wish you all the best!

Avocado been out of Status for 3 years now lol , still hoping for the best. Sent docs on March 31th arrived Chicago next day and no NOA yet. this waiting period is just killing me.Good Luck to everyone! !

So April 9th received a NOA my files being transfered to NBC and they cashed my check this Morning , now lets wait , took them a week to send that NOA. Good luck!!

Can you tell me what time did you get text/e-mail?

This morning, my check was cashed but i don't receive anything. A bit worried about that.
