I'm an idiot. I'm pretty sure that I forgot to include my husband's (he is the US citizen) pay stubs when I applied for AOS. You see, I had it all ready but had taken those out to use for something else and then never added them back in.

What would you suggest I do? They just received the application this Monday.

Proof of current employment is required in the vast majority of cases. That is either 6 months of paystubs or a current letter from your employer.

can i just send 2 months of paystubs and 1 year of taxes no employment letter and that be ok?

Yes. Only the most recent year's tax transcript is required and for current income proof, a letter from employer and/or recent pay stub(s) can be used. You can just send a single most recent pay stub, if it includes your Year-To-Date earnings. Many include the YTD income info.
