Visa Journey Members,

I filed for a my fiancé. He received the packet and the visa on his passport. I just found out his intention of leaving me once he receives his green card after coming to US.

He haven't made a trip to US by using Fiancé visa so now I want to know who should I contact and what should I do to cancel his visa so he doesn't enter US by using the fiancé visa he got because of me.

I would really appreciate quick response.

Thanks.

Contact USCIS and let them know. I don't have any exact numbers or who to contact handy though.

Since it's a K-1, even if he does come here without your knowledge, he has no way of remaining here legally without marrying you. He cannot marry anyone else. It's either fulfill the terms of the visa, go home, or stay illegally with no recourse.

I agree with the first poster. You can contact the embassy, CBP, and USCIS to let them know if you truly believe he is scamming you.

Also don't get married, don't adjust his status, and he has no choice even if he flies over and uses the visa. It's not your problem at that point because he can only adjust his status by marrying you.
