Our Visa has been approved on March 24th. and we are just waiting processing and delivery. We have requested it to be sent to Manila 2Go for pick up.

What happens if the Visa arrives at 2GO and we cant pick it up until 5 days later or so? Will they hold it if we ask? If not then what happens and what is the other option of picking the Visa up in Manila?

We have other things going on and are just trying to time things right to pick up the Visa and finish the CFO process in Manila.

Thanks!

Just my opinion, but keep in mind that I am not a self-proclaimed rocket scientist like many you have either already encountered or will encounter, it might be in your best interest to call 2Go to find out how they handle a situation like yours.

Best of luck!

I'm not sure how long they will keep the visa. I'm sure if you contact them they will agree to hold it up to 5 days. Here is 2Go customer service hotline (+632) 5287-136 is available Monday to Friday 8:00 am to 7:00 pm and Saturday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Phil local time.

Please return and let us know what you find out.

I have read that 2GO will hold the visit for one week, if not delivered/picked up it is returned to the embassy.
