New i130 filer

Hi...

I just filed my i130 paperwork on 3/11/2014. I received NOA1 on 3/17/2014. I'm trying to decide if I should now file I129f because I would like my husband to be able to come to usa w/in the next 5 months... Per Nebraska processing time, it's only taking 5 months to process the i130s... Can I rely on the information that is on the immigration website?

There are some people tried that and still wait for months.

Doesn't hurt to file it. It;s free. But the I-129F will be married up with the I-130. You can see how it goes but there's no get here in 5 months and wait for I-130. They will get approved same time.

Someone from your embassy just got their K3 approved 2 days from interview they closed it and had NVC send the I-130 down delayed them a month.

3/31/2020: submitted service request for being pass normal processing time
4/7/2020: Card being produced
4/8/2020: Approved
4/10/2020: Card mailed
4/15/2020: 10 year green card received

6/13/2019: Biometrics Appt
2/27/2020: Citizenship Interview
4/7/2020: In queue for Oath Ceremony to be scheduled
