Do you have a documentation to establish that you have received vaccinations in accordance with the US law?

I should tick/choose YES?

What i did on this question is to mark no and in the explanation said that all required immunizations would be given when my medical is received.

The question asks if you already have it. Sounds like you don't. If you GET the vaccinations at the medical, they will be documented in a sealed envelope. I would ask for the same information in a yellow international immunizations record book for yourself too.

All fees are already PAID. However, my husband is waiting for the 2013 income tax from his company before sending the AOS docs and I864.

What i did in my part i put yes and ain't no problem at all even, we Know to believe that

We can provide this type of documentation when its needed for that has required according by US LAW

If you check yes and do not have the documentation or vaccinations you are lying on the visa application. You should answer this question CORRECTLY. There is not an issue with checking no and getting the vaccinations and documentation at medical.

Hi! For this question in DS 260:

Have you ever been refused a US visa, been refused admission to the US states or withdrawn your applicationfor admission at the port of entry?

I said YES, and explain - applied for a Tourist visa before but was denied.
