Hi, I just recently returned from visiting and getting engaged with my fiancee and I'm now in the process of filing the I-129F Package. I have a few questions I hope you guys can help clarify for me.

1. For the G-325a form... I understand that if I am unemployed ( my brother agreed to be my co-sponsor) for any period of time within the last 5 years, I write down "none" for employment... Do I also have to date the unemployment period or write N/A for the date boxes if I am totally unemployed for the past 5 years ?

2. Is it recommended I write a short explanation (Been studying) to why I have been unemployed for the past 5 years?

3. I also have bank statements for when I withdrew spending money while I was in her country... Should I highlight the statements relating to the withdrawals within her country or just send it as it is?

4. Do I have to include the G-325A instruction page also or can the instruction page be left out from the package?

Thanks in advance,

Sam

Hi Jay-Kay,

Thanks for the advice... A few more questions I hope VJ can help answer :)

1. do i list the scanned pages (passport, boarding passes, schedules) and attached pages (long home addresses and how we met letter) as topics on the cover page content list?

2. How do I label the scanned proof of meeting pages.. For example, can I label my passport copied page "Proof Of Meeting - Passport Stamps" and then date and sign the copied page? Also, do I need to scan my whole passport stamp (even visits to other U.S states) or just the passport stamp that shows me visiting her country?

Thanks In Advance,

Sam

1. > You can list what you are sending in groups, and not need to list each and every sheet included. See the example cover letter here on VJ > http://www.visajourney.com/examples/Cover_Letter_for_I-129F.doc

2. > Yes, you can label those pages as proof of meeting. No need to sign and date each and every sheet included. You only need to sign and date attachment sheets added as supplements to actual forms. If you are using a US birth or naturalization certificate as proof of US citizenship, then no need to copy the entire passport just to show passport stamps. You can copy the biographical page and the pages with the passport stamps. If you are using the passport to also prove US citizenship, then you will need a copy of all pages in the passport from front cover to back.

Hello VJ community... I have two more questions I hope someone can help me answer.

1. For the G-325A, if I used "See Attached" (due to the addresses being long ) for applicant's residence last 5 years... Do I put "See Attached" each time for Street Name, City, Province, Country or can I simply put "See Attached" for the Name and leave city, province, and country blank? Do I also leave the date blank or do I fill in the date on the original form even though I will put the info on the attachment?

2. If I have two supplement attachments for G-325A ( one for last 5 year residence and one for last 5 year employent due to long addresses for both sections), can I put both question answers on the same attachment paper or do i need to make a seperate attachment for each question?

Thanks In Advance :)

Hello.. I also have another question beside the ones I asked earlier...For my money order, there are only two lines for the address.. can I leave out USCIS (since including USCIS would take three lines) and just put the following address on the money order:

P.O. Box 660151

Dallas, TX 75266

Thanks in Advance :)

Put the name(unless it too does not fit) and then put SEE ATTACHMENT in the first space for address. No need to write it several times there.

Yes, you can put them together on one sheet, but make sure you label the top of the sheet with the name and number of both questions you are answering on that attachment.

Put the whole address. You do not have to use a separate line for each part of an address. You can use comas when writing an address on 1 or 2 lines.

USCIS, P.O. Box 660151, Dallas, TX 75266
