You will need to file I130, send in your married certificate, G325A form for u and hubby, passport size photo for u and hubby. Also any evidence of

a bonifide marriage like properties owned by the two of you, photos together as also with family members, joint bank accounts, if au or hubby is divorced then u will need the divorce decree, photocopy of biometric page of u and hubby passport, proof of citizenship or residency( photocopy the document), birth paper for you and hubby, if u and hubby share a child or children proof showing that and affidavit of two family members or friend who knows about ur union together, it must be notarized also copy of passport pages showing the amount of time u go to Jamaica to visit hubby or visa versa.

I'm still new to VJ. My fiancé got denied for K1 visa. Waiting to reapply again. Do we still use the same alien # that was assigned on the first petition from uscis. In the form I129f, quest 4, since this will be my 2nd filing this petition I don't need to check the box, right? It states for multiplier filer only. I have a problem trying to start a topic, need instructions. Thanks

Hi everyone, I have a similar case to Malta. I was refused in 2011 on K1 fiancee visa. But my fiancee is due in Nigeria May this year for our wedding. But please I have read a lot from this website and it has been quite helpful. However, my question is, does one have any advantage if one engages an Immigration attorney? I feel I can handle our I-130 petition and the subsequent process myself but my fiancee feel we should engage a lawyer. Kindly guide me.

If you follow on here you will be fine, getting a lawyer would be a waste of money, you would need one if there is any criminal issue.
