CEAC STATUS..READY

As a rule, from my experience anyways, administrative processing is a step where the interviewing CO either has a question about existing documentation/evidence, needs additional documentation/evidence or needs more time to analize/review new and/or existing documentation/evidence to make a decision. The good thing is it is not a denial. If more documentation/evidence has been requested by the CO, there is a document given to the person interviewed - I think maybe a 221g or something like that that lists what is needed. If more documentation/evidence is needed you need to supply it ASAP. If more time is needed for the CO to look at/review documentation/evidence your patience is going to be needed. AP can take 30 day and up to 90 days.

Best of luck!

Yes excactly thats what it says on ceac. I had interview last march 18 and they also rcvd my medical last march 18.so thats the reason the consul will take a look again of my medical result but they say my interview went well..what does ready means??

from my experience... I was on AP for almost 3 weeks then it became READY open case last March 19 then this morning March 21 AP again then this afternoon ISSUED.

Also I read here in the forums that once you reach READY open case after AP you are looking good and you just need for it to turn to ISSUED.

I wouldnt be so worried plus they didnt ask any additional docs from you. It will be ISSUED soon. dancin5hr.gifdancin5hr.gifdancin5hr.gif

ps.. sometimes its AP-READY-AP-ISSUED or AP-READY-ISSUED (based from what i read here)
