Beginning the Process, filing I-129F

I've reviewed the checklist for filing the I-129F.

So what needs to be included is:

1.) The payment, a check.

2.) Cover Letter; table of contents

3.) Form I-129F

4.) Declaration of how we met, One single page

5.) Certified Statement.. One from me and him? Is this to be written or typed?

6.) Proof of having met

7.) G325A filled out by me

8.) Passport type photo of me

9.) G325A filled out by my fiance

10.) Passport photo of fiance

11.) Copy of my Birth Certificate, front and back.

And it says to ship to USCIS lockbox Dallas, in the flowchart? Is that the only one I can send to? Or is there a Chicago USCIS lockbox as well?

Send a letter of intent from both you and your fiance, with original signatures, not scanned copies. It doesn't matter if it's hand-written or typed.

Also send proof of the relationship, such as phone/skype records, emails, etc from the whole relationship.

Including the G-1145 will get you a faster notification of when they receive the petition.

Follow the I-129F instructions. There are only two addresses you can use. One for regular USPS mail and one for express courier mail. If an address is not listed for the I-129F, then you do not mail it there > http://www.uscis.gov/i-129f

Proof of relationship not necessary, but proof of meeting in person within the 2 years prior to filing is. You need letters of intent from each of you. Your signatures are the only 'certification' they need.
