Hey guys,

Is it true that if you are married you can travel to the US with your passport in your married name and your visa in your maiden name as long as you carry your Marriage Certificate?

Yes you can. I received my green card today which is in a different name to my passport. My Immigration attorney said it was fine for me to travel on my current passport as long as I have my marriage certificate with me.

Thanks for clarifying for me. I actually went ahead and clarified with my US Embassy and Jetblue and they said it is perfectly fine as long as I have my marriage certificate.
