Are you sure you checked your SPAM folder carefully? My email from USCIS always ends up in my SPAM folder...

On Monday it will be 12 weeks for me from NOA1...haven't heard anything yet.... Everyone from Philippines, around my time of application that has been active on this site recently, is already approved... getting worried.

no RFE email even in spam .. just relax.. it will come soon.

The email dont say anything about the RFE... is only an advice that we received to know that they updated the case. The email show the same information when you put the receipt number of NOA1 in the USCIS web .. hope you understand my english hehe... you are waiting now for your RFE letter in the mail... the petitioner received it.

so i dont need to worry about the email? the website said they already sent it in mail.. so im worried..

Does anyone know if the "expedites" are the reason for the backlog in TSC or if there are any other reasons for the horrible delay?

Two primary reasons:

1. VSC stopped processing I-129f petitions last July and transferred most all of them to TSC.

2. TSC is currently trying to catch up with their processing of backlogged I-130's.

Double whammy for us as they received a ton of extra work and now they really aren't even working on it.

My I-129F was received on Feb 28, 2014 and I just received NOA1 from the TSC with a date of March 4, 2014.

On March 6, 2014, I received the "your Alien Registration Number was changed relating to your I129F, PETITION FOR FIANCE(E)" update. Have other March filers received this notice as well?

From what I understand, the message could be meaningless, but, sometimes, it means that the I-129F will be favorably adjudicated in the near future.

We are mach filers

129f application -march 11,2014

Noa1 -march 13,2014

RFE -April 23 recieved

RFE response -April 28 recieved

Approved Noa2 -may 23 recieved

Nvc recieved -june 14

My case is already sent in manila, but since I am working here in dubai I request my file to be transferred here..what kind of paper work they need for RFE?fir me evrything moved less than a month in each stage. Dont worry it will come.just patiently wait..by the way we are CSC filers.
