Actually I just told my fiance to call the USCIS and to keep asking for any updates so maybe they'll force to check and update our application. hehe

Are you sure you checked your SPAM folder carefully? My email from USCIS always ends up in my SPAM folder...

On Monday it will be 12 weeks for me from NOA1...haven't heard anything yet.... Everyone from Philippines, around my time of application that has been active on this site recently, is already approved... getting worried.

The email dont say anything about the RFE... is only an advice that we received to know that they updated the case. The email show the same information when you put the receipt number of NOA1 in the USCIS web .. hope you understand my english hehe... you are waiting now for your RFE letter in the mail... the petitioner received it.
